DURAS Agency fees TTC ( taxes included) to be paid by the Buyer
Prices up to 305.000 € net to the vendor = 6 % (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price (with a minimum fee of 3.000 € TTC)
Prices over 305.001 € net to the vendor = 4,80 % (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price
MARMANDE Agency fees TTC ( taxes included) to be paid by the Buyer
Prices up to 60.000 € net to the vendor = flat fee of 3.500 € (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price
Prices from 60.001 € to 100.000 € net to the vendor = 6 % (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price
Prices from 100.001 € to 150.000 € net to the vendor = 5.5 % (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price
Prices from 150.001 € to 400.000 € net to the vendor = 5 % (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price
Prices over 400.001 € net to the vendor = 4 % (TTC all taxes included) of the net vendor price
In the case of a multi agency agreement, the agency fees and conditions will be fixed by the agency that holds the mandat de vente with the vendor.
